TheCytoForm®-110scaffoldsaresterilizedbygammairrADIationandarereadytousewithnopre-treatmentnecessary.CytoForm®-110ischemicallystableinneutraloralkalinepHandhashighcompressive/mechanicalstrength.

CellSeedingInstructions
- Filleachwellcontainingascaffoldwith3.5mLofcellculturemedium(approximatelyhalfthewellvolume)onedaypriortoseedingtowetthescaffold.Incubateat37°C.
- Afterincubation,aspirateoffthecellculturemedium.
- Addcellsthenextdaybydispensingontopofthescaffoldandallowcellstoattachfor30-60minutes.
- Fillthewellwithcellculturemediumuntilthescaffoldiscompletelycovered.

- Slowlydispensethecollagen/cellsolutionoverthescaffoldandallowthesolutiontofullypermeatethroughoutthescaffold.
- Allowcollagentopolymerizewithinthescaffoldfor60-90minutesat37°C.
- Fillthewellwithcellculturemediumuntilthescaffoldiscompletelycovered.
