- Openpackageinsterileenvironmentandadd10mLofculturemediadirectlytoMebiol®flask.
- Closeflaskandlayinrefrigerator(2-10°C)for3hourstoallowMebiol®toabsorbmedia.
- PeriodicallyshakeflaskgentlytohelpdissolvetheMebiol®intothemedia.Maketakeuptoadayforcompletedissolution(maintainatcoldtemperature).
- Afterdissolving,allowtositinrefrigeratoruntilbubblesareeliminated.
- Addcells/tissuesintoMebiol®atlowtemperature(2-10°C)andwarmto37°Ctoculturecells/tissuesina3Dhydrogelenvironment.
- Torecoverthecells/tissues,cooltheMebiol®backdownanddilutewith30-40mLofcoldsalineormedium.Thiswilltakeitoutofgelphase.SUSPendedcellscanbeeasilyrecoveredviacentrifugation.

- Add200µLofcoldMebiol®suspensiontothecenterofeachwell.MakesureMebiol®doesnotcoverentirebottomofthewelltomakeiteasiertochangeoverlaidmediuminlaterstep.
- Overlay400µLofwarmedculturemediacontainingphenolredonMebiol®suspension.Cultureat37°C.
- Torecovercells,refrigerateat2-8°Canddilutewith400µLofcoldsalineormedium.ThiswilltakeMebiol®outofgelphase.Suspendedcellscanbeeasilyrecoveredviacentrifugation.
Donotre-sterilizetoavoiddeterioration.Addmediapromptlyafteropening,storeinrefrigerationandusewithin1month.
