- Touseasmallervolumeofcollagen,simplytransferthedesiredamountofcollagentoanothersyringe,usingtheprovidedsterilecoupler.Toremovetheairfromthenewsyringe,youcandoeitherofthefollowing:
- Centrifugethesyringe(capped)withthecappointinguptocausetheairtoaccumulateatthecap.Evacuatetheair.
- Centrifugethesyringe(capped)withthecappointingdown,andthenuseahemostattosqueezethesyringewhilepushingtheplungertoallowtheairtoescape.
Removingairwithahemostatvideo
- Completeyourprintwithin1hourofcelladditiontosyringe/bioinkforbestcellviABIlityresults.
- WhenprintingwithFRESHgelatinslurry,allowthefinalprintedstructuretoincubateat37°Cfor30to60minutesandthenreplacethegelatinwithmedia.
